Using our experience of creating and maintaining complex journey planning websites, our software allows the creation of location-specific touch screen public transport information for kiosks at bus stations, park & ride or other key location. You can see our kiosks in Durham city centre and at nine locations across Fife in Scotland.
The screens show real time next bus departure information, routes and stops for all services and departure stop information, a full multi-modal journey planning option (with directions available to the user as an SMS message), accessibility options for those unable to reach the top of a large kiosk screen, and links to places of interest and fares information. National Rail information can also be included for locations near a rail station.
We manage all of the kiosk performance and security remotely, and we can also arrange full installation and maintenance of the hardware through our trusted partners. As well as touch screen installations, we also support static screens for departures and where to board information at large public transport interchanges.
